La Leche League Evanston Wilmette provides free information, support and encouragement to all breastfeeding families.

We will be offering online meetings this spring / summer 2024 on April 26th, May 24th, and June 28th at 2pm (Central). If you would like to attend, please complete this registration form.
Our in-person meetings are on pause for the time being. We will make announcement when our in-person meetings are able to start back up again. We encourage you in the meantime to attend an online meeting, reach out to us for support via phone/text/email/FB.

About
We provide monthly meetings to allow mothers to build community with other mothers, learn from each other by hearing each other's stories, see mothers and babies interact, and breastfeed in person.
At our monthly meetings, mothers and mothers-to-be share questions, concerns and the joys and benefits of breastfeeding. The LLL Leaders, experienced nursing mothers, are trained to answer your questions. Babies are always welcome at LLL meetings as well as older siblings or a support person. Our lending library offers books on breastfeeding, childbirth, and parenting. You have the opportunity of becoming an LLL supporter (not required for meeting attendance) by bringing a donation to a meeting or online by clicking on the links below. Feel free to come to just one meeting or continue to gain support through regular attendance.
In between meetings we are happy to provide phone, text or email support.
